Recently I've been doing a lot of reading, first I read Landscape into Literature,

Which is a lovely book, an anthology of accounts of landscape in childhood, work and experience and it relates rather well with the new work I am doing at the moment.



Then I read The Lost Art of Walking,

I really enjoyed this book, describing journeys, derives, psychogeography and notions of place,

so much information I think I'll have to re-read a few chapters.

I like his perspective.

I now have a lot of annotating to do...

If I had handed this piece in at Dartington, I'd have got a first...as it is, Plymouth gave me about a C+.

GREAT

Unfortunately this isn't an easy thing to mark on a straight 'photography' course, this is 'art'.

Apparently they are very separate indeed.
